Disney+ & Verizon Wireless

I called Verizon Wireless customer service asking about these 2 news items to determine if I qualify.

The lady (Jamie) whom I spoke to categorically told me that it is a hoax.

She even put me on hold to check the information that I provided her.

Either it is a really well orchestrated hoax OR Verizon Wireless customer service is indescribably dysfunctional.
